Randy Cramer comes forward to tell of his experiences within the 20 & Back program as a genetically and technologically augmented solider. During his 20-year tour of duty, he fought indigenous insectoids on Mars, patrolled the solar system defending Earth from potential invaders and sent on missions to other worlds. Through all of his harrowing encounters, perhaps his greatest challenge was being returned to civilian life and facing a flood of memories of a life in the 20 & Back. As part of his testimony, he submits to a Polygraph examination and answers some challenging questions.

During his tour of duty with the military-based Secret Space Programs, Randy Cramer had the occasional run in with members of the corporate run SSPs. He found that at the heart of it all is a vast roundtable made up of hundreds of groups and agencies, not all of which are from Earth. He explains to Emery Smith that each holds a stake in running clandestine ventures into the cosmos and the future for life on Earth. Randy Cramer has visited and interacted with several species of extraterrestrial peoples living on distant worlds. He describes what he has learned about their cultures and customs. The universe is a strange place filled with many strange beings that do not look like humans, in any way. During his time within the covert military space programs, Randy Cramer did encountered many humanoid beings. He also came across many varied and strange non-humanoid beings. He tells Emery Smith about many of the extraterrestrial beings that he had direct encounters with. We learn about insectoids on mars, shark-like aliens, various reptoids, and even avian-type beings.
