It's been a year since the queen of Juraihelm passed away, and three people were summoned to replace her. They were Tsunami, Ramia and Romio. Tsunami was given a chance to become the future queen...BUT she first has to restore the balance by choosing a representative on earth, and having her do good deeds. Tsunami picks Sasami Kawai, a typical happy-go-lucky fourth grader. Tsunami tells her she will become a "magical girl". She also sends Ryo-Ohki, a rabbit who thinks he's a cat, to help her out. Ramia was soo angry that she visits Earth and hypnotizes Sasami's best friend, Misao. Sasami is called to deliver a CD, but ends up at an empty lot. Then an evil magical girl appears. Who is she? Sammy has now become a "magical girl" problem is that she knows nothing about it! So she was with Ryo-ohki, Pixy Misa appeared and confronted her! She turned Sammy's CD into a monster. So then Sammy transformed and tried to fight the monster. She was so pathetic, that Misa gave her 3 hours to train.

Sasami’s class gets their exam results. Sasami scored a 60%, so her parents have her enroll in the Success Prep School program that her classmates have also been doing. To complicate things, Ramia and Rumiya have Pixy Misa take over the class as the teacher. Pixy Misa summons Comic Girl who is all about fun and no studying. Comic Girl starts zapping random students into comic books. Will Pretty Sammy step up and save the day?

Mihoshi has her class do vaulting exercises. Misao and Hiroto are unable to vault, so Sasami and Hiroto help them practice after school. Misao tries to overcome her fears. But on the day of the vault test, Ramia has other plans for Misao: to not only overcome the vaulting box, but also to have Pixy Misa show up and summon the gym class’ worst nightmare.

Hoping to boost family business sales, Sasami's dad arranges for Pretty Sammy to make her star debut at a concert outside the CD store. How embarrassing! Can Pretty Sammy sing? Will Pretty Sammy's secret be revealed as well? Pixy Misa has a love-love monster on the way to ruin the party.

Sasami's class (4-3) has been fairly rowdy during lunchtime recently, much to the annoyance of neighboring class 4-2 teacher Kiyone. As Kiyone scolds Mihoshi, the students dismiss themselves to play dodge ball, but class 4-2 was planning on playing too. It's a battle between the two classes to be settled with dodge balls, but Pixy Misa shows up and brings her latest love-love monsters! Time for Pretty Sammy!

Sasami's class gets a new science teacher that arrives at the school in a rocket. She is 12-year old kid genius from America named Washu Fitzgerald Kobayashi, and is there not only to teach but to do research on magical girls, especially Pretty Sammy. Will Sasami be able to keep her identity a secret? And what does Pixy Misa have in mind to foil the plans?

After a play date with Sasami, Misao returns home to an empty house. Not wanting to be alone, Misao calls over Sasami for a sleepover. Sasami and Ryo-Ohki go over there. Ramia in the meantime seizes the opportunity to scare Sasami by having Pixy Misa summon the love-love monster Ghost Girl!

Sasami and Ginji's road trip takes an unsuspecting turn as they end up on a deserted island, which isn't really deserted since it's actually the training grounds of the love-love monsters. Sasami's classmates somehow end up on the island as well. What will Pretty Sammy and the gang do now??

Sasami and Ginji stop by a town and find themselves involved in a conflict between the mayor's family and some outside developers. The mayor wants a ninja theme resort, while the outside developers want an American Western theme. It's an old fashioned western showdown, but what is Pixy Misa doing there too?

After defeating the love-love monster Chicken Girl, Sasami finds out she's lost her baton! In fact the baton is in the hands of classmate Konoha Haida. Realizing that the baton will make her a magical girl, Konoha transforms into Funky Connie, and gets an idea to win over her crush, Hiroto! Pixy Misa takes advantage by calling another love-love monster Cheesecake girl!

On her way home, Sasami bumps into Tenchi Masaki, a handsome up and coming assistant director for a popular TV series "The Blue Sky Cool Rangers". Sasami attempts to visit Tenchi's studio with mixed results. Pixy Misa has other ideas and summons her latest love-love monster Special Effects Girl! Is this the end of the TV show?

Kiyone gets a call from her mom, who has arranged for her to get married! Mihoshi and her class try to encourage Kiyone, but she refuses. Kiyone meets up with her potential fiance on a restaurant date, and everyone's there to show their support. Pixy Misa has another idea; summon a love-love monster that calls up his old girlfriends!

There's a new bully in town and his name is Boss. He transfers into Sasami's class and issues an open challenge to the strongest person in class. Pixy Misa (influenced by Ramia) manages to convince Boss to fight Pretty Sammy, and hatch a scheme where Misao is kidnapped and Pretty Sammy has to fight the boss. Will Pretty Sammy survive the challenge or will Pixy Misa's Bossman prevail?

When one of Washu's experiments to turn Sasami into an Adult goes out of control, Sasami ends up becoming a baby, and must face Pixy Misa in her current condition.

Ramia takes matters into her own hands in this episode and she shows up on Earth to recruit (well, abduct and then brainwash) a group of wives. She has Pixy Misa issue a one-on-one challenge to Sammy; a winner takes all battle at the school. If Pixy loses then she won't bother Sammy anymore. It's a big event with everyone showing up. Pixy Misa does fight but does poorly; even her summoned love-love monsters are no match. Then Ramia has the Lovely Madam team take over and they are beating up Sammy with ease. Is this the end of Pretty Sammy? Will Tsunami lose her chance to become queen?

Pretty Sammy and Ryo-Ohki have been captured in a crystal cross midair in front of the entire town. It looks as though the Lovely Madams have won the day. The armed forces attempt to rescue Pretty Sammy but their efforts fail. Then Sasami's dad shows up with a new plan. Will that work? According to the episode title it should!

Class 4-3 gets a new transfer student, a physically and musically talented girl named Hikari. She immediately befriends Sasami, but has a deeper agenda. She has actually a Juraihelm childhood friend of Ryo-Ohki, and is looking to bring him back after learning of how badly he's been treated by Sasami. Well according to Ramia that is. Hikari has magical powers too. How is Pretty Sammy going to resolve this one?

With her chances of being queen fading fast (just one balance click to go), Ramia has Pixy Misa power up with one final assault and the most powerful love-love monster to date, a large rose that causes everyone to hate each other. But when Misao's father shows up, it results in a shocking revelation.

Misao realizes she is the infamous Pixy Misa and tries to hide. Sasami is upset about the whole magical girl thing as well, and tries to find Misao. Will the two become friends again or will their magical girl counterparts lock them into battle again?

It's school festival time, and Sasami's class agrees to do a song. Misao volunteers her dad's personal song and also to play piano. Sasami tries to find Misao's dad with hopes that he can attend. But he's hard to track. What now?

Now that the balance has been restored and Tsunami is about to be queen, the third queen candidate Romio shows up. Romio launches her new plan and suddenly the balance is off again. Lady the Left and Lady the Right arrive at Sasami's elementary school and start wreaking havoc. And now there's a third magical girl: Love Me Eimi!!

The battle between Pretty Sammy and Love Me Eimi with Lovely Monsters Lady Left and Lady Right continues. Sammy accidentally teleports away from the action, and the Lady Left and Right continue to destroy the school and the earth. Looks like trouble! Fortunately a guest from Juraihelm helps Sammy save the day

Romio fires her magic cannon which pushes the earth away from Juraihelm, but towards the sun! Pretty Sammy and her classmates try to figure out what to do. Washu comes up with a rocket that will take them to Juraihelm, and Ginji gets to pilot it. Washu, Ginji, Pretty Sammy, and Ryo-Ohki hop aboard. Misao wants to help out too and transforms into Pixy Misa. She finds a way to space travel to Juraihelm as well.

Pretty Sammy and Ryo-Ohki are on Juraihelm and are making their way to the castle. Romio summons some squid monsters to attack Sammy and then sucks the magic out of Sammy with the NT System! What will Sasami do now? Will Pixy Misa and the others be able to help?

It's the final showdown between the magical girls vs Romio. Pixy Misa and Rumiya fight Romio while Pretty Sammy and Ryo-Ohki storm the base to find and disable the NT system. To make things worse, Romio still has her magical cannon charged up. Will Romio's plans for destroying the earth prevail or will the magical girls save the world?
