Months have passed since the final scene. While everyone seems to have returned to their normal lives, they still bear the traces of the last events. Işıl wants to find the person who is threatening her. She first goes to the hospital where Koray is staying, but after seeing his condition, she realizes her suspicions were unfounded. She now starts to think, little by little, that Mustafa might be the one doing it. The relationship between Nursema and Firaz is back on track. Now, Nursema has only one goal: to have a baby.
