In the era of 100-year life expectancy, we spend more than half our life after divorce, after retirement, and most likely, after we become single. Architect Kuwano Shinsuke decided he’s going to shift his focus on building homes for the elderly, rather than for the newly weds. The plot between Kuwano and his next door neighbor evolves as he steps up to help her find her brand new pet… Tatsuo! Ken is back as Tatsuo! And as the two becomes friends by bonding over Tatsuo, Kuwano inadvertently gets involved in a tabloid scandal between his neighbor and her ex.

Kuwano’s mother shows up at his front door! He struggles to balance his personal space without offending his mother… especially when her birthday is coming up in 2 days!

The three girls head out for an overnight trip to Kamakura! And it just so happens that there is a shrine with gods of marriage there, and the shrine is holding a massive ceremony that day. In fact, the ceremony is so massive there is a 5 hour wait to the front of the shrine!!

Madoka’s cousin came to Tokyo! But he’s not just here to visit her. He’s here to convince her to move back home…. to Nagano where her mom runs a law firm. Can Kuwano and his friends convince Madoka to make up with her mom and stay in Tokyo?

Yukie is served a notice that they’re terminating her contract as a cafe manager, so she asks Madoka for help. Madoka’s strategy is to apply for a temporary injuction while they battle this out in court (the injuction prevents the company from firing Yukie while the lawsuit is in progress). Meanwhile, Kuwano is approached by a man interested in renovating a business space to open a restaurant and bar… and this man comes with deep pockets! The only problem is, he wants to renovate the exact space that is Yukie’s cafe!
