Bobo got a construction drawing from dad. With that drawing he can make a periscope. Scribble has a diary in which she writes something every day. Bobo really wants to know what's in Scribble's diary, but Mama and Scribble don't let that. Bobo decides to spy on Scribble with his periscope so he knows what's in her diary.
