Sarah visits major renovation works battling to work out well during one of the wettest winters in history. In Fleckney, Leicestershire, Sarah meets Steve and Hannah - first-time renovators who have recently bought a dilapidated 1970s property with the aim of extending, modernising and fixing from top-to-toe, to create a multi-purpose stylish house and home office. In the desirable village of Great Missenden, Buckinghamshire, Sarah meets newlyweds James and Lucy, who have taken on the challenge of renovating and expanding an old two-bed semi into a four-bed country cottage.
