He decides to give a death sentence to Mahatap for educating the people. Mahatap challenges Gyan Murti to shastrartha. He vows to open a gurukul for his students. Gayatri(Parvati) motivates the women to fight against Durdumb's misdeeds. Mahatap condemns Gyan Murti for disrespecting Saraswati.
