But Gordo's parents needed to move into a place more suitable to their needs, so the couple bought the place and made the best out of the old family home at the foot of the mountain. For Gordo, it's like stepping back in time, but the house itself leaves much to be desired and Nicholas thinks it's time to start over in their own family home. To stop the stalemate, enter serious competitors Jillian and Todd. Designer Jillian and her team hope to modernize the old family home in the hills while Realtor Todd hopes to move mountains by selling them a stylish new place.
