Yoichi goes to the long-established Tensei restaurant to eat tempura bowls and is surprised by the delicious taste. There, he sees an employee named Kotaro spilling tea on a customer and being yelled at by the old-fashioned owner that he's being fired. Yoichi impulsively steps in and confronts the owner. To get Kotaro's dismissal overturned, he must make a tempura bowl that surpasses Tensei's!
