Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer are back to guide more house-hunters through an ever-changing market, beginning in Surrey, a commuter hotspot for people who work in London and a county filled with English charm. Emily and Jack have put their wedding on hold until they find a home but have so far fallen foul of houses not looking as good as they do in the brochures.
