In the fourth episode of the second season of “De Smaakpolitie”, Benny Bax travels to Tenerife and soon runs into an old acquaintance, but Benny is no more lenient with a fellow villager. Between inspections, Benny invites a bunch of fellow countrymen over for a barbecue, but he can't resist pointing out the hygiene issues there too. A Belgian chip shop in Tenerife is something “De Smaakpolitie” cannot ignore, of course. But are the chips fried in hygienic conditions?
