Somewhere around the middle of Denmark lies Sprogø – and here, Jørgen and Nikolaj cast their lines together for the very last time.
Their dream is to bring home a sea trout. But this trip is something quite special: it’s Jørgen’s final hunt with Nikolaj. They share the silence, the wind, and memories from their years together – and, of course, make sure to keep their throats moist with a cold beer or two. But the sea trout is fickle, and if it doesn’t show up, the journey ends with mysterious leftovers from the depths of a shady freezer.
