At the end of his suspension, Hajime vows to avenge his deceased sister and fight for custody of his niece, Anna, against her abusive brother-in-law, Owari. Facing a nearly impossible case, he and Kai team up to unearth Owari's past and use Anna as a key component in the final confrontation.
