Hundreds of attendees are locked inside, the demands are harsh and personal. Nigel leads the operation but loses control. Joëlle chooses a dangerous route, while Mardik becomes the explicit target of the hostages. He realizes that the hostage situation is no mere incident—it is the beginning of a plan that proves much larger and deadlier than anticipated.
