Six children are transformed into Hero Squad Cadets and start a rigorous training programme alongside real-life, life savers. The six Hero Squad cadets find out that you need a good head for heights when you're working with HM Coastguards. They have to go over the edge of a cliff and learn how to direct a helicopter to a safe landing, when they're faced with the challenge of rescuing an unconscious casualty before the tide comes in.
