Tiger has no choice but to cancel a flight which has been delayed and as a consequence will not make the take-off curfew, so the staff prepare for the onslaught of angry passengers. Angela and Tina became friends via Facebook three years ago and are about to meet for the first time because Tina's getting married. However, when Angela arrives, Tina is nowhere to be seen. Has she been defriended? A woman doesn't have her handbag, which means no ID, and her flight closes for check-in in four minutes. Will the usually rigid staff allow her time to get a document to identify her? Meanwhile, a man becomes very unhappy when he misses his flight to Sydney because he insists he has been standing in the queue for the last hour.
