José Luis discovers very strange items in Leontina's briefcase and punishes her severely for it. Luis Emilio gives Teresita the key to the chastity belt and asks her to free herself from this device. However, the young woman wants to respect her father's order and refuses to betray him. Leonor visits her husband in his office and asks him to free Manuel, as God will reward him for this gesture. José Luis strongly opposes his wife's request, but she ends up convincing him to do so and assures him that she has already forgotten the worker. The boss finally agrees and goes to the barn to untie Maria's brother, assuring him that he is capable of forgiving him. Finally, Leonor and Manuel meet in the forest and she begs him to escape, as this sacrifice could cost him dearly.
