Rodrigo explains why he wants justice against Eduarda, hoping that Amelia decides to join his cause. Alfonso discovers who his real father is. Amelia listens to Eduarda confess that she was Clemente Covarrubias' lover and despises her for having betrayed the boss who trusted her so much. Amelia asks Iván to keep Martín away from 'La Fortuna', since Eduarda has caused many arguments by revealing her secrets. Amelia makes it clear to Martín that despite Eduarda's revelations, she will always see him as her son. Eduarda threatens Amelia with taking Martín away from her now that she is the municipal president.
