Preschool cartoon series. A grumpy old coot is sitting in the bird bath. He says the bird bath now belongs to him and Bob and Mo must leave. A sad Bob and Mo try to get help from the others, but it takes an appearance from the dreaded Fat Cat to solve the problem!
