Van and Fiona go to an Island where Dr. D is waiting for them. Soon, an ancient zoidian city will be discovered. Reece shows up and tries to convince Fiona that she gives misfortune to Van. Van defeats Reece in an underwater Zoid battle. Van saves Reece's life, and Spectula shows up and takes her away.
