These are SO YUMMY! #Cooking #Recipe #Halloween RECIPE: cook at 350 4 orange bell peppers 1 lb of ground beef 1 cup of rice (optional cook in Chicken broth) 1 can of tomatoes 1 onion 2 garlic cloves salt and pepper to taste 2 tsp chilli powder 1 can marinara Monterey Jack Cheese or cheese of your choice Chicago seasoning ( a staple in our house) https://www.grgmc.com/shop sauté garlic and chopped onion in a pan then add in the meat, cook half way then add in all seasonings and tomatoes.
