Krishna supports Pratigya’s decision to defend Aarushi. Pratigya bails Arushi out of jail. Kesar tells Dadi that their family will face public humiliation if Pratigya testifies in court. Pratigya refuses to stay in Sajjans house during Arushi’s trial. Sajjan tells Krishna to either divorce Pratigya or leave his family.
