Frosta calls She-Ra to her Ice Kingdom to help investigate a dispute between her people and their neighbouring kingdom, Galacia. Black snow has been falling in Galacia and ruining the crops, and its people, the Sulkies, blame Frosta's people. She-Ra and Frosta set out to find the real source of the black snow, which turns out to be none other than Modulok, who is trying to start a war between the two kingdoms.
