A new patient is brought by the police to the I3P, the psychiatric infirmary of the Paris Prefecture. Professor Bernardt begins his day there, during which he will have to diagnose which person in a state of delirium must be hospitalized, released or recovering. Faced with the doctor and his team, the man declares that individuals in costumes from the comedia dell’arte have assaulted and removed his friend. Intrigued, Bernardt contacts Commissioner Nathalie Fontaine, but she does not want to hear anything from this testimony ...
