The Great British Bake Off 2015 champion Nadiya Hussain embarks on a culinary road trip around Britain, meeting with producers, farmers and fishermen across the country as she creates her own recipes inspired by their produce. In the first episode Nadiya begins her tour in the Home Counties, where she visits an asparagus farm in Oxford, before trying her hand at food smoking in Milton Keynes.
