Kogoro and Conan pass by a lonely shopping street. They try to shop at a greengrocer that catches their eyes, but the owner, Yoshinobu Yamazaki, seems to be in a bad mood. Madam Gaga, a TV producer who revitalizes the exhausted shopping district, and her assistant, Rabbit Suzuki, came there.
