Trying to keep our design plans a secret will be tough work in this apartment building. One set of homeowners lives on the first floor; the other set lives on the third floor! Upstairs, Hilda Santo-Tomas and her team are installing a new grid ceiling and constructing a huge upholstered screen to divide the living room and play area. Downstairs, Vern Yip's team uses the principles of feng shui to breathe new life into a dreary living room. Carpenter Amy Wynn Pastor is building an entertainment center that will also hold a fish tank. And she's got problems with Hilda's room divider!
