The Running Man team arrived at Longyang Gorge, the first dam on the Yellow River in Qinghai. First, they teamed up with local tour guides and took turns playing a hilarious game of "whispering." After the game, the Running Man team faced a carefully designed dining session: during the first round of ordering, the team had to order unique dishes without prior consultation in order to enjoy the delicious food. After the initial round, the Running Man team formulated a second "battle plan," but the production team changed the ordering rules, foiling their strategy. Beyond the delicious food, the Running Man team also conducted research and was rewarded with a stunning view of the Yellow River—the Pinghu Lake
