In Gloucester, Charlie Dimmock and the Rich brothers pitch for an elaborate Chelsea Flower Show-inspired garden makeover. The vast plot of land that wraps around their house embarrasses homeowners Sam and Sean. Despite a brook and beautiful views, it’s an uncoordinated and untidy mess with a complete lack of privacy.
