David Lindo, aka The Urban Birder, takes to the water for a unique urban safari around Salford Quays. He then heads into Manchester to explore the wildlife living in the country's biggest municipal cemetery before joining a bat-watch in a local park. David goes on the trail of hedgehogs and badgers in Warrington and finds a colony of birds with an unusual nesting site in the middle of town. Rani Price concentrates on flowers, insects, birds and squirrels as she tries her hand at wildlife photography in her home city of Liverpool.
