Drama about a jazz musician who turns sleuth when he finds himself involved in a murder mystery. Bernie Weston becomes the police's number one suspect when a drug-addicted singer disappears from her Bristol home. He shared a curry with the girl shortly before her disappearance, but then suffered a two-day blackout and is unable to provide police with an alibi.
