On an otherwise quiet evening south-west of the city police spot a car with a broken windscreen speeding in the opposite direction. Michael's been enjoying the good life in the quiet coastal town of Batemans Bay for forty- two years. He's also good mates with one of the police out on RBT duty tonight.
