André Buys tells his pupils, not other staff, he's selected as candidate for the popular general knowledge TV game-show 'IQ Kwis', lets them prep him and chooses the surprisingly knowledgeable barista as teammate. The principal tells nobody she's selected, except janitor Vermeiren, whom she chooses based on his IQ test result claim, and even appoints acting principal, to all teacher's fury.
