Sara Cox delivers a collection of love letters to George, a 24-year-old vet in Hay-on-Wye who has not had a relationship in more than two years. She helps him to arrange a speed dating evening with the writers of his favourite letters - but meeting them face to face proves nerve-racking. Dairy farmer David invites three potential partners to stay with him in Cumbria so they can get a taste of rural life.
