While the weather is bleak, painter and decorator John, motorbike champion David and former footballer Carl take to herding sheep and mucking out kennels with remarkable success. Grace takes a day off from her family's dairy to visit a hobby farmer on his own turf, while Sara Cox pays a visit to Cumbrian farmer David to deliver letters from six candidates for a speed dating session.
