Jules Hudson meets a couple with a generous budget of £700,000 who want not just to buy a sanctuary in the Lancashire countryside for themselves, but also invest in enough land to home some much-wanted donkeys. Away from a very positive house hunt, Jules visits the Helmshore Mills textile museum and meets the committed local people who are preserving this important part of Lancashire's industrial heritage.
