Even with death on the operating table, Han Min Sik arrives at Taesan University Hospital to undergo a VAD implant procedure at the hands of Professor Choi. The whole surgical ward is closed off to facilitate the VIP, putting Tae Soo and Woo Jin scrambling to find an operating room to save a Type-A dissection patient. Meanwhile, the surgical team awaits Han Min Sik's arrival in the operating room.
