On his seventieth birthday Vasos announces that he is retiring, leading Stath to assume he will take over Michael and Angel - until Vasos changes his mind, interviewing both Carole and Stath for the leadership. Carole seems to be the front runner but then Vasos makes a surprise announcement whilst Al brings his Japanese girlfriend to the office, causing Sophie dismay.
