Misae appreciates Shin-chan mistakes instead of correcting him so that he changes his behavior. A cat hurts Hiroshi several time and disturbs him while working. In the night, Hiroshi envies the cat's life as he finds it difficult to complete his work. The bookstore owner and Nagamura prepare to welcome the bookstore inspection officer. But a confusion leads them in not getting their bonus.
