Nashville house flipper Troy Dean Shafer has big plans for this 1920s home just outside of downtown. He hopes to give this home a true art deco vibe so he's saving, salvaging, antiquing and doing whatever else it takes to make sure his additions feel like they've been around as long as the home's original bones.
