Brenda and Marcos moved out west in search of open spaces and ocean views. Four years later they find themselves in an impractical house nowhere near the water, buried under building materials from half-finished renovations that handyman Marcos just can’t complete. Frustrated because there’s no room for guests and no space to call her own, Brenda wants Todd to find them a home near the water with no projects to be done. Marcos thinks Jillian can transform their “work-in-progress” house into a home Brenda will love. Can Jillian rise to the challenge or will Todd open the door to a new Oceanside home and their long awaited West Coast dream?
