A flat with great sea views in Margate in Kent, a bungalow in Whaley Thorns in Nottinghamshire and an end terrace in Longbridge in Birmingham are all sold under the hammer. Martin Roberts, Dion Dublin and Martel Maxwell have a look round the properties to see what they think could be done to improve them before hearing the plans of the new owners.
