At Aoi, Kyoko is suddenly fired as owner. Kyoshiro Nagumo, the rising star of Aoi Motors, is appointed to take over. While Aoi is making final adjustments to its new car for the season opening, Nagumo suddenly appears on the Aoi test course, driving a mysterious machine and proposing to Kyoko a race between the two new cars.
