A series profiling people who have lost extreme amounts of weight and must undergo medical procedures to deal with their excess skin. The premiere features a woman who shed 170 pounds and a man who is 200 pounds lighter. Lauana lost 170-lbs to find her tiny frame swamped by excess skin; after losing over 200-lbs, Tim's skin gets in the way of being a great dad.
