"Ud" Awat Ratanapintha is an actor, musician, and director born in Bangkok, Thailand. He has a bachelor's degree from Chulalongkorn University's Faculty of Political Science. He made his first foray into the entertainment industry in 2013 with a role in the series "Hormones" (Hormones วัยว้าวุ่น) and signed with the production company, Nadao Bangkok (นาดาวบางกอก). In May 2024, for his work on "Doi Boy" (ดอยบอย), he Best Actor in the film category at the Komchadluek Awards. Expressing and early interested in behind-the-camera work, he worked with Nadao Bangkok exectutive and director Yong Songyos Sugmakanan as a co-director and directed an episode of "Quarantine Stories" (กักตัว Stories). Ud then worked on the "Passion and Patience" documentary of Jaylerr's mini-album and MV "ระเบียง" (Balcony) as music co-director. Aside from that, Awat is a member of the indie-pop duo mints (มิ้นท์) alongside Tonhon Tantivejakul under What the Duck. On 4th August 2021, Nadao Bangkok Co., Ltd communicated his decision to go out of the company and become an independent performer and artist.
