Emma and Jasper are camping in the garden but there is not enough room for both of them in the tent. Jasper makes his own tent but can't go to sleep for all the disturbances - ants, falling apples, but mostly because it is just too hot. Meanwhile, in her tent, Emma is petrified by all the strange noises she is hearing. Eventually Jasper ends up lying in a water barrel covered in a sheet suspended on sticks. By morning Emma hasn't slept a wink, but Jasper is refreshed and lively after his night in the nice cool water.
