Akko Kagari attends a school for young witches with her classmates, Lotte and Sucy. She has trouble paying attention in class, doesn't know how to ride a broom, and her idol, Chariot, has a bad reputation. When another student inadvertently breaks a seal on a dragon, Akko and her friends must borrow some of Chariot's ancient power to stop it before it devours the academy.
