Forum complains to Sanyukta about the reception thrown by the bride's family on the day of Binoy and Sushila's wedding. Aniket is late in delivering the wedding dress to Sushila but she saves him from Sanyukta's reprimand. Sanyukta vows to make Sushila a worthy daughter-in-law of the Majumdar family. Sushila apologizes to Sanyukta for not bearing any child even after four years of marriage. Sanyukta scolds Sushila for preparing unhealthy food and covering up Aniket's mistakes
