Tom is furious when he finds out that his postcard has disappeared. He is sure that he has never lost it in his life. Did someone steal it? Tom suspects Richard and Jack, but can't prove anything. Lenny wants to prove himself to Elias Mozarella, the critic who will be visiting the hotel in a few days. He wants to deviate from his traditional dishes and cook "fusion". Richard hardly sees such culinary excesses as possible, but Lenny is convinced that this is the only way he can earn a star! When Lenny's glassy mushrooms are delivered, Anna intercepts them. This creates the perfect alibi to disappear from the hotel for a few hours. Richard pretends to believe Tom, Anna and Liv's excuses, but tells his son to follow the three of them and not to lose them under any circumstances!
