Gyeol finds Eun-ae at the playground and, upon seeing her lucky charm, realizes she is the girl he helped 25 years ago. The two marvel at their reunion and grow closer. Meanwhile, Min-ho's parents try to steal information from Gyeol's laptop, but Min-ho stops them, declaring he will compete fairly. Yeon-ja's family gathers for a meal and promises never to keep secrets again. As Gyeol's birthday approaches, Yeong-hwa asks him to spend it together, but Gyeol leaves alone early in the morning.
